Journal of Antimicrobial Agents (ISSN: 2472-1212) is anticipated to celebrate its decade long successful journey in the year 2020. This Quarterly journal has been thriving and publishing articles from worldwide researchers, scholars and scientists in consecutive months. We see the journal's progress through special issues by collaborating with international conferences and submitting articles for publication.

Established in 2014, the Journal provides a fast and time-bound analysis and publication that openly disseminates research findings related to their detection methods, various therapies and experimental treatments for disease overcoming. Journal of Antimicrobial Agents is an open-access peer-reviewed journal covering a wide range of areas and providing a forum for writers contributing to the journal and the editorial office promises a peer review process for the publishing quality manuscripts submitted. An antimicrobial is an agent that destroys microorganisms or inhibits their growth. Chemical compounds and external agents can be the microbial component. These agents interfere with the growth and reproduction of bacteria, fungi, parasites, viruses, etc.

Richard Winn Has finished his Ph.D. as a professor now. An active author and scholar. Has published more than 50 papers both original and review papers as a single author or in collaboration with reputable international newspapers and serves as a member of the review, advisory and editorial board and editor of over 10 reputable international newspapers. He is a microbiologist, Dr. Nagendran Tharmalingam. He is actively involved with undergraduate students in research projects and teaching science. He is interested in novel molecules of antibiotics and their in vitro and in vivo analysis. His major research is on repurposing clinical and novel synthesized molecules to fight pathogens like gastric pathogen-Helicobacter pylori and nosocomic pathogens.
